In February of 1979, Qwik Lube served its first customer at our small two bay facility on Old Seward Highway. Since that time we have grown to serve you at four locations in Anchorage, Eagle River and Fairbanks.
That original two bay facility has expanded into seven bays. In those seven bays we are able to service all your vehicle needs, including changing the oil and oil filter, transmission services, gear box services, radiator flushes, fuel injection cleaning, emission tests, and State of Alaska Department of Motor Vehicle registrations.
In August 2009, the Emission Test Center has joined Qwik Lube at its 4647 Old Seward Highway location. The Emission Test Center and Qwik Lube now has six bays for emission tests and has expanded DMV services to include titltles, plates, driving records and much more.
In December 1984, we expanded into Eagle River with another full service Qwik Lube. This four bay facility is also capable of meeting all of today’s vehicle’s needs.
We joined forces with the Northwest Tire Factory in 2001 to serve our customers’ tire needs. The Anchorage Tire Factory carries top of the line Goodyear, Kelly and Cooper tires.
In August 2006, our newest, state of the art facility, opened in Fairbanks. Mobil 1 Lube Express is among one of the top oil change facilities in the country. Proudly featuring Mobil 1, this facility specializes in synthetic fluids.
Over the last 30 years we have grown, but we still are “Alaskans Serving Alaskans.”
